Biomy is an early-stage, solo-built project. We want to be completely transparent about what we collect, what we don't, and why.

We use the condition you share when you join the waitlist only to personalise your early access experience and understand who Biomy is being built for. That waitlist condition data is never shared. Never used for ad targeting. Never sold.
When you chat with Flora, your messages are sent to a third-party AI provider that powers Flora's replies. They process your message to generate a response and handle it under their own terms. Biomy does not store your conversations. Once Flora replies, we keep nothing.
To stop any one person flooding the chat, we briefly check your IP address and count how many messages come from it in a short window. That count clears itself within about a minute. It is never linked to you, your email, or your condition, and we do not keep your IP address or build any profile from it.
Please avoid putting anything in the chat you would not want processed by an AI service. Flora cannot see your medical records and only knows what you type in that chat. Flora is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dietitian.
