What we collect

When you sign up to the Biomy waitlist, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your primary condition (for example, Ulcerative Colitis or Crohn's disease)
• Your areas of interest (for example, recipes, symptom tracking, or condition guides)

That's it. This data is collected via our waitlist form and stored securely using Tally and MailerLite.

What we do not collect

We do not collect:

• Your location or IP address
• Your medical records, prescriptions, or clinical history
• Payment information (the waitlist is free)
• Data from third-party sources or data brokers
• Biometric data of any kind
• Information about anyone other than you

Health data

You may choose to share your condition when signing up to the waitlist. We use this only to personalise your early access experience and to understand who Biomy is being built for.

We do not share this information with third parties. We do not use it for advertising targeting. We will never sell your health data.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data at any time
• Unsubscribe from all communications at any time — every email includes an unsubscribe link

Who we are

Biomy is a solo project built by Karan. There is no large team, no data department, and no investors with access to your information. If you have any questions about your data or this policy, email hello@biomy.health directly.
